2. Services
We provide MOT testing, vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and clutch work for all makes and models of cars, vans and light vehicles.
All services are carried out by experienced technicians using professional equipment. The specific scope of work will be agreed with you before any work commences.
3. Booking & Appointments
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via our enquiry form
- A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us
- We will make every effort to complete work within the agreed timeframe
- If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible
- Please ensure your vehicle is available at the agreed time
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other customers.
5. Pricing & Payment
- A quote will be provided prior to any work commencing
- We will always notify you of any additional costs before proceeding
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or cash
- All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable
6. Current Offers
Our current offers (£10 off MOTs and free diagnostic with service) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless stated.
7. Your Responsibilities
To ensure effective and efficient service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and the issue
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time
- Inform us of any known issues that may affect safe working on the vehicle
- Collect your vehicle promptly once work is completed and payment made
8. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or faults not related to the work carried out
- Any loss arising from failure to follow our advice
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
